Hi all
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a good Christmas.
Looking forward to seeing you all again at our next rehearsal at 8pm on Monday at the URC. The livestream link is: https://www.youtube.com/
As you know we are rehearsing Duruflé's Requiem and motets out of the European Sacred Music book. Both books will be available on Monday for hire. You can find more details and help here: https://www.
We may have a couple of new members. Please make them welcome!
We hope you can attend our annual Workshop we are organising on 1 March in the Alveston Methodist Church. We will be studying Stravinsky's Symphony of Psalms and Brahms's Song of Destiny. We will be welcoming members of a Finnish choir to the workshop who may perform one of their pieces for us at the end of the day. Booking Forms will be available on Monday or from the website here (you can download paper forms or complete online): https://www.
Also, please put the Skittles Evening in your diaries. This is on Saturday January 25th in the Skittle Alley of The Wheatsheaf public house (opposite the URC) at 7.30pm.
