Here are the final arrangements for Saturday.

Thank you to the people who have offered to come in the morning at 10am to set out some chairs and the refreshment tables.

In the afternoon, Steven plans to rehearse the four parts in the following order, with approximate timings.
2.00 – Part VI
2.40 – Part I
3.30 – Part II
4.15 – Part IV
5.00 – finish
Within each part, he will rehearse the movements in order, so that singers and players can get used to the flow of the music.  We all need to be there for the 3 hours.  The actual performance will last about two and a quarter hours including the interval.

The building work in the church has now finished, so the toilets (now 2 of them) will be available in the choir vestry at the back of the church.  The portaloo outside will have been disconnected.

The orchestra will be using the Stafford Chapel (front right) as their 'green room', the soloists in the clergy vestry (front left) and the choir can use the pews where they are performing.  Refreshments will be served at the back of the church.

We will receive final instructions for the evening at the afternoon rehearsal.

Parking is now NOT going to be available in Thornbury Castle because they have decided to relay the lawns this week.
