January – March 2020         Get Singing Again course will feature Fauré Requiem

Thornbury Choral Society ran their second Absolute Beginners Course in 2011 starting September 2011 and this course ran for 10 weeks. The course took singers from the basics up to a point where they could, in most cases, confidently join in choral singing. 31 singers took part and a number joined Thornbury Choral Society when the course finished.

If you would be interested in taking part in our next ABC course please contact Margaret Pinder on 01454-416778 or by email secretary@thornburychoralsociety.org.uk. There is at present no date decided for this course but the fee, tutor and dates will be announced in due course. The fee will include all course material and scores as well as interval tea, coffee and biscuits.

In October 2014, we held a Big, Big Handel Day for all comers.  This was a big success.
